Box Score Glendale, AZ- On Friday, ACU MBB opened their countable game schedule with a 96-84 win over Saint Katherine. The victory was career win number 150 for Head Coach Jeff Rutter. Shane Carney started his senior campaign with a game high 24 points.

Thoughts from Coach Rutter
"We got off to a good start offensively. We talked about being patient and reversing the ball a little more than we did on Wednesday and the guys did a nice job of that. Our 19 assists was good to see. Once we got a lead, we seemed to get a little complacent defensively. Saint Katherine can wear you down with penetration. We need to stay focused defensively for longer stretches in order close games out a more effectively."
