"Tonight's loss was a disappointing one.  There were many missed opportunities that we did not capitalize on. We struggled from the service line and serve receive.  Our blocking was a bright spot for the evening and did apply pressure to the oaks.  We have to supplement that pressure with an offensive presence and couldn't bring our tough consistent mix tonight.  Looking forward to a week of hard work before our three match weekend coming up."

Up Next

The Firestorm head back to California for a single match on Friday and a pair of matches on Saturday.  Two of the three matches will be with Saint Katherine with the third one coming against Aquinas (MI).  All three matches will be played at the Genuine Volleyball Club in Vista, CA.  Friday's start time will be 7:00 pm (Pacific)/ 8:00 pm (Arizona).
