Thoughts from Coach Rutter

"Great win today!  I am just really impressed with the resolve of this group.  This caps off four brutal road games in a row (at Menlo, William Jessup, The Master's, Westmont).  To win three of these four is big time."

"We got off to a good start, I thought we gambled a little after that and it led to some foul trouble.  Westmont has some very talented offensive threats, and we played a long stretch without some of our best defenders.  We were a little impatient as well and probably settled for too many threes.  After we only got to the foul line three times in the first half, I wanted us to be a lot more aggressive in the second half.  We kept fighting and hung around and AJ did what he does at the end.   Really proud of our guys."

Up Next
