Thoughts From Coach:

After the game Coach Joe McDonald stated, "We've been working hard to improve our two-strike hitting and it paid off tonight with some quality at bats with two strikes and some big hits. Pitching did a great job tonight throwing strikes and pounding the zone and our defense was on point. We will enjoy this one tonight and get ready for another GSAC series this weekend."

Up Next:

The Firestorm continue GSAC play at home as they take on rival OUAZ in a four game series beginning with a doubleheader on Friday, February 25 at 4:00 PM in Waddell, AZ.
