Thoughts from Coach Carlisle
"Tough one today. We were two points away from grabbing the doubles point and could not close it. That definitely affected us going into singles as we lost five of six first sets and looked dead in the water. I am proud of the guys for making it a real battle after that, but we have to figure out how to close games and sets when we have our chances. We got killed on the deuce points today and struggled to hold leads when we had them. Definitely tough to swallow, but we will get back to work next week and come back stronger as we get ready for the GSAC tournament."
