Glendale, Ariz.- The 2024 season has finally arrived for Arizona Christian Football against a familiar foe in Fort Lewis- the only opponent the Firestorm will face each of the last three years. Excluding the 2020-21 COVID season, a September 14 start date is the latest ACU football has ever started a season.

The NCAA Division II Skyhawks dropped their season opener two Saturdays ago 35-20 against William Jewell. Waker Stone threw for 141 yards and ran for 160 yards with two touchdowns. Jacob Penney produced nine tackles.
