Mesa, Ariz.- On Saturday evening, Arizona Christian and Benedictine Mesa exchanged early goals and the Firestorm made the one goal lead hold up for the final 60 minutes. Cami Mercado claimed another top spot in the record book as her game winning goal made her the all-time ACU Women's Soccer points leader.

- In the seventh minute, BENU was awarded a penalty kick and converted it

- Less than two minutes later, Notgrass dialed in her first goal of the season to create a 1-1 tie
- Mercado broke the tie with her eighth goal of the season in the 30th minute
- The goal gave Mercado 74 career points (34 goals, 6 assists) breaking her points tie with former teammate Irene Ledezma (72- 27 g, 18 a)
- Shooting was not a problem for ACU as they attempted 21 first half shots
- The Firestorm attempted 15 more in the second half versus just two for the Redhawks
