Had a strong field of 12 teams and finished third, which also included finishing in front of two other higher ranked teams. Had a great second round which was our lowest since I have been coaching and very encouraging to the gals. Shout out to Elizabeth for her eighth place finish. A bittersweet farewell to senior Madelyn who will be graduating in December. Madelyn was such a great player to coach and mentor. Her growth on and off the golf course is what makes this job so fulfilling. She was an amazing leader, athlete, and fantastic child of God. Her light shined brightly wherever she went and she truly exemplified gratification for the smallest things in life and always gave God all the glory. She will be dearly missed by all, but we are excited to see what her future holds. The sky is the limit for this young lady! Time to soar Mads, and thank you for blessing all of us!!!"
