Weekend Recap
Facing a competitive field, the Firestorm totaled 20 points across four contests while continuing to show measurable growth in energy and execution.
Throughout the weekend, ACU competed with high intensity and strong sideline presence. The team demonstrated improved on-floor communication, particularly in partner stunt and pyramid sequences, allowing for cleaner transitions and greater confidence in execution. When adversity surfaced, team leaders responded — regrouping, refocusing, and turning early routine setbacks into stronger finishes later in the game.
One key momentum moment came when ACU challenged a scoring decision and won the point, energizing the bench and reinforcing the team's competitive awareness.

Newman led the group with a 9.75 performance, showcasing technical precision and consistency. McGuire, Duarte, and Holguin each posted 9.5-point efforts, highlighting the depth and reliability within ACU's lineup.
