Steff Kruck

Steff Kruck begins his tenth season at ACU working with the quarterbacks.  The 2023 season marks the seventh year of Kruck serving as the Offensive Coordinator. 

Coach Kruck brings vast experience to the staff having coached on the professional, college, and high school levels. He came to ACU in the spring of 2014 after serving as General Manager of the Arizona Racers.  Prior to that Kruck coached in the Canadian Football League for the Edmonton Eskimos as the Run Game Coordinator/Receivers Coach. In Edmonton he coached two 1,000 yard receivers plus a first team West Division All-Star.  Previously he coached for the BC Lions as the Quarterbacks Coach/ Co-Offensive Coordinator. While at BC he coached one future CFL Hall of Fame selection. While serving as Co-Offensive Coordinator, BC set the franchise record for wins (14-3-1) and led the CFL in points scored. Kruck also worked in Pro Personnel for the Toronto Argonauts as a Northwest Area Scout. Overall, he coached in six Division Finals including a Grey Cup win with BC.

In 18 years as a college coach on the NCAA Division I and II levels serving as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach he produced three All-American Quarterbacks.

Kruck played college football at the University of Alabama under legendary Head Coach Paul Bryant.  In 2010, he was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame City All-Star Chapter.

Coach Kruck resides in Gilbert with his wife, Monica, and daughter Bridget (an ACU softball alum).
