2023-24 (JR)- Helped the Firestorm win fourth straight regular season GSAC championship… Started 30 of his 33 games played… Averaged 9.9 points and 5.1 rebounds… Gave out 86 assists… Scored ACU high of 19 points twice- against Menlo and Hope International… Grabbed ten rebounds against Vanguard… Dished out eight assists versus Bushnell

Prior to ACU- Played two seasons at San Diego City College for Head Coach Mitch Charlens… Helped the Knights go undefeated in conference one season… Named First and Second Team All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference… Averaged 10.4 points and 7.6 rebounds as a sophomore

Ursuline High School- Played three years varsity player for Head Coach Keith Gunther… Helped the Irish win three district championships… Named All-State Honorable Mention… Also played football

Personal- Parents- Anthony Howell (football coach), Sherida Williams (nurse’s aide)... Siblings- Nyere, Shauntae, Erica, and Tanqueray… Chose ACu because it felt like a family… Enjoys playing video games, hanging with friends, and trying new things… Would like to play professionally… Major is liberal arts.
