Coach Burwick joins the ACU swim staff for the 2025-26 season after spending one season as the assistant coach for Ottawa University (AZ).  Burwick graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2017 with a degree in Sport Management.  Burwick has experience in both swimming and coaching at the collegiate and club levels.  In 2016, Burwick finished 25th in the U.S. Winter Nationals in the 100-yard Butterfly.

Coach Burwick is married to ACU Beach Volleyball Coach, Vanessa Burwick.  He enjoys playing the guitar, singing, Programming and Data Analytics, and playing with their puppy.
