Brenten Couch steps into his first season as assistant coach of the men's and women's track and field teams at ACU. He will work with hurdles, multis, and pole vault.
From 2019-2021, Couch served as a graduate assistant with the men's and women's track and field teams at Olivet Nazarene University. He supervised hurdles, sprints, and multis.Â
When Couch was an undergraduate at Olivet Nazarene (2016-2019), he was a member of their track and field team. He competed in the following events: 60 meters, 110 and 400-meter hurdles, long jump, high jump, 600 meters, and the heptathlon.
Couch graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2019 and earned a Bachelor's of Science in sport management. He then continued pursuing further education at Olivet and obtained a Masters of Business in organizational leadership in 2021.Â
Outside of ACU, Couch enjoys rock climbing and playing chess.
