Biography
2025 (SO)- Appeared in three meets… Ran a new personal best in the 1500 (4:14.59) at Distance in the Dark... Ran a new personal best 800 (2:00.76) at the GSAC Championships.
2024 (FR)- Appeared in five meets… Competed in the 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000 meters… Set new personal bests in all four events: 800 (2:00.8), 1500 (4:20.96), 3000 (9:26.68), 5000 (16:24.05)
Burleson High School- Ran three years for head coach Whitney Enis… Holds personal bests of 4:36 for the mile and 9:57 for the 2-mile… Favorite highlight was earning his first medal because it inspired him to get better… Also ran distance on the track team
Also at ACU- Competes on the cross country team
Personal- Parents- Josiah and Bridgette Salyer… Siblings- Brent and Jordan… Favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 41:10… Chose ACU because of its culture and opportunities… Major is biology… Plans to be a physical therapist
