2024 (JR)- Redshirt
2023 (SO)- Appeared in five meets… NAIA/GSAC Scholar-Athlete… Competed in the 1500, 3000, and 10,000 meters… Set a career-best 3000 meters (9:13.12) at the PVCC Indoor… Finished 10th in the 10,000 meter (33:44.53) at the GSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2022 (FR)- Appeared in six meets… Competed in the 1500, 3000, 5000, and 10,000 meters… Career-bests in 1500 (4:21.49), 5000 (16:16.68), and 10,000 meters (33:14.31)... Finished 5th in the 10,000 meter at the GSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
Also at ACU- Member of cross country team
Glendale Preparatory Academy- Two year varsity runner for Head Coach Eric Webdale… School record holder in the 3200m race… Favorite highlight- placing 14 at Scottsdale Distance Classic and setting the 3200m record at 10:10
Personal- Parents- Steve and Angie Janssen… Siblings- Trent, Trevin, Tanner, Tucker, Taryn, Taelyn, and Taisley… Mom ran Track and Field at Northern Arizona University… Favorite Bible verse is Romans 3:24-25… Chose ACU because he felt that it has a strong Biblical worldview that will help him grow in the Lord… Enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and enjoying God's beautiful creation… Plans to work in real estate… Major is business administration
