Biography
2018-19 (SO)- Helped the Firestorm reach the opening round of the NAIA National Tournament…
2017-18 (FR)-Helped the Firestorm make the NAIA Division I national tournament for the first time in program history... Played in six games.
Bradshaw Mountain High School- Four year varsity player for Head Coach Rick Haltom… Helped the Bears advance to the state playoffs… Named All-Grand Canyon Honorable Mention, Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year, Rising Star, and Captain (two years)… Favorite highlight- Hitting a buzzer beater game winner… Also participated in volleyball (two year captain) and track & field (qualified for state in 4x800 and 4x400 relays)… Earned Scholar Athlete and Silver Diploma honors (GPA 4.0 or higher all four years)
Personal- Parent- Justin Alvis… Step-Sister- Samantha… Favorite Bible Verse- Mark 9:23… Choose ACU because it is a small Christian university… Enjoys camping, hiking, all sports, and rubber ducks… Hopes to become a teacher and counselor… Major is elementary education.
