Barry Bain

Coach Bain has been with Arizona Christian University as a special teams coach, and more specifically responsible for the specialists, since 2018.

Prior to joining ACU, Coach Bain was the Special Teams coach at Wheaton North High School in Wheaton, IL where he spent 12 years molding specialists for the next level.  He also spent time coaching running backs, wide receivers and defensive backs during his time there.  He has coached several specialists that have gone on to play at the next level, following their journey in college and the professional level.

He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1984 with a degree in business administration with a concentration in management information systems.

As an athlete, he spent time at the University of Arizona, after short stints at University of Missouri and Arizona State University.  He played his high school ball at Edwardsville High School in Illinois.

Coach Bain is married to Lee Anne, has three children and 5 grandchildren, and resides in Phoenix, AZ.
