Easton Babe serves as an Assistant Coach and the Director of Player Development for the Arizona Christian University baseball program and is entering his fifth season with the Firestorm. During his time at ACU, Babe has played a key role in recruiting, player development, practice planning, and team culture, helping contribute to a 135-86 overall record and four consecutive postseason appearances, including a trip to the 2024 NAIA World Series.
Babe has also experienced significant success in summer collegiate baseball, serving as a head coach in three different summer leagues and compiling an 81-55 record. In 2025, he led the Western Nebraska Pioneers to a Front Range League championship and was selected as the league’s All-Star Head Coach. He has also coached in the Alaskan Baseball League, where he helped lead the Eagle River Chinooks to just the second winning season in the program’s history.
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Babe earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Grand Canyon University in 2022 and a master’s degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2023. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Performance Psychology, with a research focus on cognitive training and its application to college baseball players.
Babe’s coaching philosophy centers on player development, servant leadership, accountability, and building strong relationships while helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field.
Babe is married to his wife, Addison, and the couple resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
