Coach Chambers is in his 10th year at Arizona Christian University Athletics serving as a performance, culture and spiritual development coach for the athletic department. Randy’s coaching experience ranges from college to youth sports spending a majority of the last 18 years serving college coaches and teams. Coach Chambers serves inspiration to multiple athletic teams at ACU, assists ACU coaches in building transformational culture solutions and disciples athletes and coaches. In May 2016, Coach Chambers co-founded the Firestorm Leadership Academy to develop athletes as leaders, provide sport ministry internships, maximize the competitive experience and serve the greater community of sport.
Randy is a transformational mentor, speaker and motivator who passionately inspires ACU Coaches, teams and leaders in building transformational lives and culture. Coach Chambers is a certified 3Dimensional Coaching presenter through University of Central Florida’s Dr. Jeff Duke, a disciple of Coaches of Excellence’s Coach Rod Olson, and a disciple of Competing Biblically Coach Scotty Kessler. Randy gratefully hails from the coaching tree of legendary College Football Hall of Fame Coach Frosty Westering. Coach Chambers has served the last 33 years in coaching, leading leaders, assisting coaches in building championship culture and training leaders of sport from over 30 countries.
Coach Chambers was recognized as the 2015-2016 Coach of the Year at Arizona Christian University for assisting athletic leadership in building transformational and competing Biblically culture as well as mentoring leaders and intrinsically impacting the performance of teams. Randy graduated from Delaware State University in 1996 and served seven years with Fortune 100 MBNA, leaving a senior management position to solely focus on coaching Coaches and developing leaders. Coach Chambers received the Outstanding Young Man of America Award in 1997 and Colin Powell’s America’s Promise Award in 2002.

Coach Chambers exuberance for life, speaking and inspiring others have been shaped through surviving three near death car accidents and the tragic deaths of his father, his brother and his best friend. Coach Chambers utilizes coaching and business experience to transform coaches, athletes, leaders and culture. Outside of his day-to-day responsibilities, he enjoys reading and consulting.
Randy, his wife Melissa, and their sons (William, Edward, Patrick, Andrew) reside in Phoenix, AZ.
