With singles play starting the day, the Warriors grabbed the first point with a court six win.

Junior Ezequiel Suarez put a point on the ACU side after he won 6-3 and 6-2 against Jeff Su on court five.

The Warriors (8-6, 3-1 GSAC) recorded the win on court one before Moore tied the team match again at 2-2 with a 6-4 first set win followed by a 6-2 win in number three singles.

But the final two singles matches went in favor of LCSC as they built a 4-2 overall edge.  Junior David Castano put up a fight in his first set on court four but fell 6-4.  His second set was a 6-2 loss.  Sophomore Santiago Galeffi fell 6-1 in set one but found his groove a little better in the second set forcing an extra game though ultimately lost 7-5.

The Firestorm (5-12, 2-5 GSAC) came out ready to play in doubles.  Galeffi and Senior Michael Munguia used an 8-6 court two win to create a 4-3 ACU deficit.  Moore teamed with Sophomore Macen Vargas to hold on for a 9-8 win on court three to tie the match at 4-4.

All the marbles came down to doubles court one.  Unfortunately, LCSC's Yonas Woldetsadik and Su defeated Cawthorne and Suarez 8-2 to secure the team win.
