Phoenix, AZ- Arizona Christian stayed undefeated and swept the visiting Ottawa (AZ) 9-0 in Saturday's action.

In doubles action, Junior Tia Okano and Sophomore Sydney Smyth secured the first win on the day in the number three spot.  Senior Mikayla Morgan and Sophomore Elizabeth Kelley earned the second win on the day with an 8-1 victory.  Junior Maria Garduno and Senior Autria Compton won the number one doubles match in a hard-fought tiebreak battle, 9-8 (7-3).

In singles action, the Firestorm (4-0) continued their winning ways.  Sophomore Jayci Kelley picked up a 6-0, 6-0 victory in the number six singles spot.  Smyth followed completing a 6-0, 6-0 victory in the number five singles match.  Compton won in the number three singles match, 6-1, 6-1.  Okano found success in the number one singles spot in the line up winning her match 6-3, 6-3.  E. Kelley won a decisive battle in the number four singles spot, 6-4, 6-1 before Garduno battled to a 6-1, 5-7, 1-0 (10-8) super tie break victory in number two singles action.

ACU will return to action on February 23rd and 24th as they host the Firestorm Classic.
