Fullerton, CA- The Firestorm picked up a 6-3 GSAC victory on Friday over Hope International at the Fullerton Tennis Center.

In doubles action, Junior Daniel Superlano and Junior Alberto Lapiedra won 9-8 (7-5) in the number one doubles match.  Sophomore Jesse Miritello and Junior Enzo Douillac won in the number two doubles match by a score of 8-2.

In singles action, Senior Marcelo Balderrama, Junior Scott Wheeler, Freshman Theo Preiswerk, and Senior Santiago Galeffi all were victorious in their matches.  Balderrama's match on court two was a close throughout before he held on in super tie break third set 7-6 (8-6), 3-6, 1-0 (14-12).

ACU is now 15-5 overall and 4-1 in the GSAC while the Royals fall to 6-10 overall and 0-5 in GSAC play.
