Thoughts from Coach Southern
"Doubles was definitely the difference in the match. When they beat us at home this year we ended up losing all three of the doubles matches. Theo and Andres got the team off to a great start with a convincing win at the three spot. The top two courts came down to the wire. Danny and Lucas were able to pull their match out in the tiebreak. Very similar to yesterday against Westmont. With the lead in heading into singles I thought that helped us play with confidence. Star of the match is definitely our Freshman Patrick- stepping up at six singles and dominating his opponent. Roll Storm."
