- Both teams left a runner on in the first

- In the second, Acosta cashed in Kirsten Garcia with a sacrifice fly
- The Royals answered with a run in the top of the third
- Miles singled, stole second, and scored on an RBI single by Schleisman for a 2-1 edge
- HIU made it 2-2 in the fourth
- In the fifth, Hope International grabbed their first and only lead of game two with a pair of runs
- Phillips singled, Buckley doubled home Phillips, and Alto grounded out to knot the game at 4-4
- In the top of the seventh, a leadoff single was erased on a nicely turned Alto-Schleisman-Brenna Henry double play
- Needing just one run for the win in the bottom half, Schleisman bounced a single back through the middle to easily score Buckley who doubled
- Fryklund evened up her season record at 3-3 with the complete game effort

"A team effort in game two to overcome some mistakes in game one and a tough start to game two. Allie came in and did a great job throwing a complete game in game two. Schleisman was a spark both defensively and offensively along with Buckley as well as combining for the walk off base hit to score the winning run."
