Thoughts from Coach

"Vanguard is a very good team.  They played us very tough tonight all four quarters.  They took a big lead to start the third quarter and we could have folded at that point and lost the game.  The Firestorm ladies hung tough and continued to play together as a team.  We were able to turn a nine point deficit to a 10-point advantage.  The fourth quarter was a continued battle as Vanguard kept coming at us, but we played tough and kept playing together to turn back Vanguard's efforts for the win."

"Next up is San Diego Christian and they are a much better team than their record would lead you to believe.  We have only one day to prepare for them so we have our work cut out for us."
