Thoughts from Coach Berry

"It was definitely a tale of two halves. We played some great perimeter defense in the first half and went to the locker room with a 12-point lead. In the second half we were nowhere to be found on the perimeter and they knock down open shot after open shot. That is the recipe for a loss."

"We come back to Arizona to prepare for the GSAC tournament next week and we have our work cut out for us since we will be playing the team that just beat us at Menlo this week."

Up Next

On Thursday, the Firestorm travel to Atherton, CA, for the GSAC tournament hosted by Menlo College.  ACU will enter the GSAC tournament as the third seed.  They will face either Menlo or William Jessup depending on tie breaks.
