Thoughts from Coach:

"I am anxious to see how we respond to our first road trip as a team.  We've seen continuous improvements in so many aspects of our game and now we take on a different kind of challenge.  San Diego Christian may be the most-improved team in the GSAC, so we really need to be on our game."

Series Notes:

ACU leads the all-time series against SDCC, 10-7, but the series between these two teams has been lopsided historically.  The Hawks won the first seven matchups between the two programs, but the Firestorm have dominated ever since, winning the last 10 contests dating back to Dec. 15, 2015.

Des Gonzalez leads her team in both points per game (16.1) and rebounds per game (9.8).  Kaycee Brown leads the team in total steals (22), is second in rebounds per game (7.4), and averages a fourth-best 10.4 points per game.  Emily Vaszary is third on the team in points per game (10.9) and ranks first on the team in three-point field goal percentage (.446), and Kirsten Shinske ranks second on the team in points per game (12.2) and is tied for the team lead in assists (21).
