Santa Clarita, CA- Arizona Christian fell 4-0 to The Master's in their first ever GSAC playoff appearance on Friday afternoon.  Sophomore Marisa Ortiz ended her season with a game high five shots.

Based on the shot total, the match was played closer than the four goal difference as TMU out shot ACU just 14-8.

Unfortunately, the Mustangs (14-4-1) put four of their attempts into the back of the net as the Firestorm (8-9-2) were turned away.

The first eight minutes was back and forth as Ortiz attempted the first shot (high).  TMU countered with the next two shots (wide and hit the post) before Ortiz forced the first save of the afternoon.

However, two goals for The Master's in the 27th and 30th minutes changed the game.  They added a goal in the final five minutes of each half.

Senior Tasha Coleman and Freshman Veronica Cruz both fired a shot on goal.

Although the Firestorm season came to a close, they can hold their heads high as they established program highs in overall and GSAC wins.  Their 34 goals as a team set a new team season mark.
