Thoughts from Coach Berry
"The Firestorm ladies played inspired, team basketball. There many things historically for our program today. Not the least of which is the first time we beat Vanguard especially impressive winning at Vanguard."
"Vanguard has awesome team this year. They are great three point shooters and they killed us on the boards. They have spent several week atop the NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll and have been undefeated in the GSAC- until today. Today's win puts us back in the mix for a conference title. Most importantly our players are beginning to realize how good we really are. I don't think anyone would have wanted to play our team today."
