GLENDALE, Ariz. - The ACU women's soccer program (1-7-0; 0-3-0 GSAC) dropped a GSAC match to OUAZ (4-0-1; 3-0-0) 4-0 on Tuesday afternoon on the ACU Football Field.

Game Notes:

OUAZ now leads the all-time series 1-4-1 and has won three-consecutive games against the Firestorm.

The Game: 

OUAZ scored early and often, and despite ACU attempting seven shots, none would be on-goal as the Firestorm fell flat in the loss.  The Spirit kicked in two first-half goals and two second-half goals en route to the 4-0 GSAC win.

Thoughts from Coach: 

After the match, Head Coach Josh Macharia said, "It was a tough game for us today, especially as we suffered multiple injuries.  We struggled to play our game and made some crucial mistakes.  We have a quick turnaround for our trip to William Jessup and we need to get over our bad performance today quickly."
