Coach Butterfield's Thoughts

"I am very proud of how the Firestorm Wrestlers came out to compete tonight.  We came out slow against SOU but battled in every match.  Our guys simply need to trust themselves and have faith in their abilities on the mat.  We really let it fly against Vanguard and won several matchups that we lost earlier in the year against them.  This is a great measure of growth when we can compete against opponents we have already seen to see how we have grown throughout the season.  Our guys are peaking at the right time and we are excited for the next month of wrestling ahead of us."

Next on the schedule:

ACU will compete in their last home meet of the season on Thursday, January 19th when they host OUAZ.  That dual will be held in the Firestorm Rec Center, and will start at 6:30 PM.
