Women’s Soccer To Honor Seniors, Playoffs Up For Grabs

Glendale, Ariz.- On Thursday evening, Arizona Christian Women's Soccer will honor their seniors before facing off with OUAZ. The seniors will be honored at 4:50 pm ahead of the 5:30 pm start time with the Senior Night recognition streamed separately ahead of the match. The winner of the match will grab the last playoff spot in the upcoming GSAC tournament.

On Saturday, the Firestorm fell 4-2 at The Master's. Cami Mercado scored a brace to increase her team lead in goals to 12. With the result, ACU saw their record go to 6-8-2 and 4-6-2 in GSAC. Their conference record is exactly the same as OUAZ. Factoring in their tie earlier in the season, the winner of the match would own the tie break into the GSAC postseason regardless of the results on Saturday.
