Glendale, Ariz.- The Arizona Christian University Track & Field trio of
Allena Fugatt, Jade Roberts, and McKenna Rogers were named to the 2025 CSC Academic All-District Track & Field / Cross Country Teams which were recently announced by College Sport Communicators (CSC).
To be nominated by their College Sports Communicator (aka SID), a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically with a 3.50 cumulative GPA and be in the top-25 of their conference in at least one event. A nomination by their CSC earns the student-athlete All-District honors. Select All-District finalists move up to the CSC Academic All-America ballot where a national committee determines the All-America Teams.
Fugatt, from Glendale, AZ, competed in both cross country and track & field. She twice earned All-Conference honors in cross country finishing twelfth her junior year, and in eleventh or senior year. Her senior campaign also saw her qualify for the NAIA Cross Country Championships held at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia Missouri. In May, she graduated with a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.
Roberts, hailing from Riverside, CA, competed in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles for the Firestorm track team. Her senior campaign saw her finish All-Conference in three different events – both Hurdles, and the Pole Vault. In May, she graduated with a degree in Behavioral Health and will begin work on a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy this fall at Abilene Christian University.
Rogers, out of Glendale, AZ, led the Firestorm track team in the Pole Vault this spring, setting a new program record in the event while earning conference champion, and qualifying for the NAIA Track & Field Championships held in Marion, IN. Also, a capable hurdler, she finished third in the 100-meter hurdles at the GSAC Championships. Rogers will enter her junior year next fall and is working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
