Thoughts from Coach Fahsholz
"I was excited to see the men's team compete for the first time this season. The team is talented, but young, and so we are still learning what we are capable of this season. Six of the eleven runners we put out their today were running the first 8k of their lives, on what is arguably the most difficult 8k course in the nation when you combine altitude, hills and terrain. Competing in and finishing a course like this will be a great foundation for them, as well as for our returners, as we prepare for our next 8k two weeks from now."
